Create Packages with J&T Express is currently encountering issue. This issue is currently affecting all J&T user.
J&T team has been notified and currently checking on this issue. We will post an update here as soon as J&T have fixed the issue.
We are currently working to disable the API integration for now so that you will be able to pack your order. Will post a new update here as soon as we have deployed the update.

Paypal: Orders in Paypal Pending status - Manual Actions Required
There is an incident in Paypal between Nov 13 08:00 SGT and Nov 14 04:05 SGT that affected the processing of some orders.
In you see that your orders are in "Paypal Pending" status, it is due to the incident in Paypal that causes Shopcada not able to verify the payment notification from Paypal.
For these orders, you need to manually check your paypal account to ensure that the payment is received and add the payment information at the order's tab.
