I'd like to acknowledge Gwen from NEX Branch, and my compliments to her efficiency and service rendered on 9 Sep 2024 evening. I called in on an urgency basis as my spectacle screw dropped and lens came out, I really could not see. However, Gwen was patient and provided solutions, such as helping to check the screw replacement parts and helped assured me that if they can't get the particular screw, it can be ordered but they will help find what fits to salvage my spectacles. When I arrived, she also immediately assisted to fix my spectacles and went the extra mile to tighten the rest of the screws. I hope the team can recognize her efforts and this is exemplary especially in the service industry. Thanks Gwen and team, and hope you continue to keep up the good work! :) My experiences with eye care studio has been a pleasant one thus far.
